Medicinal Ingredients:

Directions

Shake It Up

Take 1 scoop (19g) once per day. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of your beverage of choice. Drink immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consume 45-90 minutes before exercising.
LOADING PHASE: Start with a loading phase of 4 weeks.
